At GRD Supply, we take pride in offering high-quality, collectible-grade model cars inspired by motorsport culture. Due to the custom and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise provided for under applicable Swiss consumer protection law.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Unexpected delivery times

  • Minor deviations in appearance or packaging

  • Return packages must include tracking and sufficient packaging.

  • GRD Supply is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

If your refund is late or missing, please first check with your bank and payment provider.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed and approved.


8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in the fulfillment stage or have been shipped.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, and changes after confirmation are technically and logistically not feasible.
