1. Global Shipping Partners

GRD Supply partners with major international shipping providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and other globally recognized carriers. These providers collaborate with local postal and courier services to offer door-to-door worldwide delivery.

We proudly offer flat rate worldwide shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.


2. Payment & Order Verification

You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks.

In accordance with Art. 8 UWG (Swiss Unfair Competition Act), we reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that appears suspicious or contains incorrect billing or shipping information.

Orders requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.


3. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 to 5 working days on average.

During peak times (e.g. holidays or product launches), processing may take up to 10 working days, especially for high-demand items or pre-orders.

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Modify the address or contents

We only ship to the shipping address provided during checkout.

📌 Note: GRD Supply ships on business days only (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on weekends or Swiss public holidays.


4. Multi-Item Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to sourcing from different logistics partners.
These packages may arrive on different days and may carry different tracking numbers.

You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.


5. Tracking Information

All shipments include a trackable shipping method.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched to the carrier’s facility.

Please note:

  • It may take several days for tracking data to appear online.

  • If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@grdsupply.store.


6. Estimated Delivery Times

Below are estimated delivery windows (excluding processing time):

Mexico, Central & South America 15–30 business days

📌 These are estimates and not guarantees.
Processing time (2–5 business days) is in addition to the delivery times listed.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, GRD Supply is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Labor strikes or postal service disruptions

  • Political unrest or protests

  • Pandemic-related logistics issues

📌 According to Art. 97 ff. OR (Swiss Code of Obligations), delivery delays not caused by gross negligence or intent are not grounds for compensation.


8. Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and/or customs clearance fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are:

  • Not included in our prices or shipping fees

  • The sole responsibility of the customer

  • Not under the control of GRD Supply

📌 If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

GRD Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery service.

  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

📌 We use tracking timestamps and delivery confirmation as part of our claims review process.


10. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

Due to automated processing, we cannot modify or reroute shipments once they are in the fulfillment queue.

Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned, and any reshipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
