6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except in cases of:

• Proven manufacturing defects

• Items damaged in transit (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)

• Wrong item received

To request a return or refund, email hello@grdsupply.store with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and must be returned at the buyer’s expense.

📌 According to Art. 197 OR, sellers are liable for hidden defects only if they significantly reduce the product's value or usability and are reported promptly.
